Hi, I’m Letisha Malakooti, a digital marketing consultant, founder of ChicFlicks Studio

, and creator of the Creators Who Monetise community.

As a Persian immigrant in Australia, my journey was anything but easy—growing up with little support, I had to navigate through anxiety, depression, and constant burnout.

But through it all, one thing remained clear: my relentless drive to work for myself and create a life on my own terms.

From an early age, I believed in choosing where and when I worked, which naturally led me into the world of digital marketing. With over 12 years of experience, I’ve seen the industry transform from complicated and time-consuming processes to the user-friendly, drag-and-drop systems we see today.

But let me tell you, back then, it was a lot harder to build a brand and business online.

My journey was filled with highs and lows, and I experienced many setbacks, largely due to trying to speed up the process, lack of experience in my early days, and attempting to juggle a multitude of complex tasks by myself without any mentorship.

I often felt overwhelmed by my ADHD and OCD, constantly creating and scrapping lists, feeling like I wasn’t progressing fast enough and experiencing feelings of frustration in regards to alignment with what I was doing ( niche).

Today, through the education and mentoring I offer, I hope to eliminate these struggles for you—providing you with the guidance and shortcuts I wish I had back then.

I explored countless niches, spent nights revising plans, and tried to find a strategy that was truly aligned and sustainable for the long haul.

What got me here was taking action—trying new things, failing, and learning along the way. It’s through this messy process of trial and error that I found clarity, discovered what I love, and built a digital marketing agency and a community that align with who I am.

Today, I run ChicFlicks Studio, co-founded an eCommerce brand, and lead the

Creators Who Monetise community.

My mission is not just to help small business owners, startups, and creators find their niche and monetize their passions—I also want to make learning accessible and ADHD/OCD-friendly.

All my courses are designed to eliminate overwhelm and help you build a thriving personal brand without feeling lost or stressed, and guiding them towards creating multiple streams of income online.
