By purchasing the Monetise in Multiple Ways Online Program (“Program”) offered by Letisha Malakooti (“Provider”), you, the undersigned customer (“Client”), agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Details

Program Price : $2,499 (Instalment options available via PayPal Pay in 4)

Currently $1,999 till March 2025

2. Refund Policy

• 48-Hour Refund Window : Clients have 48 hours from the time of purchase to request a full refund if they are dissatisfied with the course or content. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the email address: [email protected] within this period. If you decide the course is not right for you within 48 hours of enrolment, you are entitled to a full refund.

• No Refunds After 48 Hours : After the 48-hour period, no refunds will be issued. This is due to the digital nature of the Program and the immediate access provided to course content, resources, and the community. Once access has been granted, there are no exceptions to the refund policy.

3. PayPal Payment Plans

If you have chosen the PayPal Pay in 4 payment plan for your purchase, the following terms apply:

•Payment Commitment: You are required to stick to the agreed-upon payment schedule. By agreeing to the PayPal Pay in 4 plan, you are committing to make the full payment in the agreed-upon instalments.

• Failure to Pay: If you miss any payment or fail to make the payments on time, access to the course, the community, and all related materials will be suspended until the payment is made. If you fail to complete the payment plan, access to the Program will be permanently revoked.

• Impact on Credit: Please note that if you stop paying for the Program through PayPal Pay in 4, it may affect your

credit rating , as PayPal may report missed payments to credit bureaus.

•No Refunds for PayPal Payments : There will be no refunds once the payment plan has been initiated and the 48-hour refund period has passed. If you stop paying during the installment period,access to the course will be revoked, and the full amount remaining in the payment plan will still be due.

4. Access to Program Content and Community

• Course Access: Upon full payment or initial instalment, you will be granted access to the Program content, including all video lessons, resources, and bonuses, as well as access to the

• Community Guidelines: You agree to comply with the community guidelines and rules set by the Provider. If you violate these rules, your access to the community and the Program may be revoked without refund.

• Lifetime Access: Clients who have paid in full will receive lifetime access to the course, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions outlined.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided in the Program, including but not limited to documents, templates, workbooks, and course content, are the intellectual property of Letisha Malakooti and are intended for your personal use only. These materials may not be reproduced, shared, or redistributed without written consent from the Provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

•The Provider makes no guarantees about specific results or outcomes. The Client’s success depends on many factors, including the Client’s commitment to the Program, the effort put into the exercises, homework, and action items. The Provider is not responsible for the success or failure of the Client’s business or personal brand.

7. Termination

• Termination by Client

: The Client may choose to terminate this Agreement at any time, but no refunds will be issued after the 48-hour refund period.

• Termination by Provider

: The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Client violates any terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, or fails to comply with the agreed-upon payment plan.

8. Entire Agreement

•This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. By making a purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

9. Governing Law

•This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider resides.

10. Agreement Acceptance

•By proceeding with the purchase and accessing the Program, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above, including the 48-hour refund policy and the PayPal payment plan terms.
